Solace , Consolation or Relief

 This letter consists of 8 verses, including the group's letters Makkiyah. The name is taken from the word Nature Nasyrah contained in the first paragraph, which means: We would not have been paved.

Principles of contents:
The assertion about the favors of Allah. given to the Holy Prophet, and God's statement that despite difficulty there is relief because it was ordered to the Prophet in order to keep doing good works to Him.



Al-Inshirah [Solace, Consolation, Relief]

1.  Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
2.  And removed from thee thy burden
3.  The which did gall thy back?-
4.  And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)?
5.  So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
6.  Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
7.  Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
8.  And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.

In this letter Allah states that He has paved the chest of His Prophet and rescue of the confusion that worried him due to ignorance and stubbornness of his people. They do not want to follow the truth, was the Prophet Muhammad. always looking for ways to remove them from the valley of ignorance, so he went to the road to it and to save them from destruction they were experiencing.

That is, God has to clean the soul of the Prophet SAW. of all kinds of anxious feelings, so he is not anxious, not hard and not too upset. Made his always calm and believe God will help and support him and believe that God assigned him as an Apostle at all-time will not help its enemies .

The figs and olives.

This letter is composed of eight verses, including the Makkiyah letters. At the name taken from the words At Tin That is found in the first paragraph of this letter, which means the fruit cans.


principle of content :
Human beings are the best spiritual and physical, but they will be very low if people do not believe and work righteousness, Allah is the Most Just Judge. God created man in his best shape (perfect), not only from physical form but also the potential that is perfect in every sense, lust, and sense that the basic capital structure of man's spiritual formation. Human perfection can be determined by its ability to utilize all its potential to worship God. He will return humans to the degree that as low if it human not able to utilize all its potential to serve God as the embodiment of faith and pious deeds. So for them (those who believe and charitable pious) will be given a reward that is not broken. God will give justice to the human with the fairest. God will give rewards to those who believe and do righteous and will provide punishment to those who disbelieve and do evil .



1. For (the fruit) Tin and  (fruit) Olive [#],

2. and the Mount Sinai [##],


3. and for the city (Mecca) is a safe,


4. We have indeed created man in the best of moulds,

5.  Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,- 

6.  Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing.

7.  Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)?

8.  Is not Allah the wisest of judges?


(#) The meaning of Tin by some commentators is the residence of Noah, That is a lot of trees Damascus Tin; and olives is that many grow in Baitul Maqdis.

The Clot, (blood clot)

Al 'Alaq consists of 19 paragraphs, including the group's letters Makkiyah. Paragraph 1 and 5 of this letter is the verses of the Qoran was first revealed at the time of Prophet Muhammad seclusion in the cave of Hira, This letter is named Al 'Alaq (blood clot), taken from the word Alaq that contained in paragraph 2 of this letter. This letter was also named by Iqra, or al-Qalam. 
Principles of contents:Command reading the Quran; humans made from congealed blood, God made the pen as a tool to develop knowledge; humans act beyond the limit because he is self-sufficient; the threat of God against the infidels who would hinder the Muslims carry out his orders. 
Al 'Alaq explains that God created human beings from the abject objects and honor to teach reading, writing and giving knowledge, But people do not remember where's he/she came from, so she did not appreciate God's blessings, human even acted beyond the limits of seeing himself have felt self-sufficient. 




Al-Alaq [The Clot, Read]

1.  Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created-

2.  Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood:

3.  Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,-

4.  He Who taught (the use of) the pen,-

5.  Taught man that which he knew not.

6.  Nay, but man doth transgress all bounds,

7.  In that he looketh upon himself as self-sufficient.

8.  Verily, to thy Lord is the return (of all).

9.  Seest thou one who forbids-

10.  A votary when he (turns) to pray?

11.  Seest thou if he is on (the road of) Guidance?-

12.  Or enjoins Righteousness?

13.  Seest thou if he denies (Truth) and turns away?

14.  Knoweth he not that Allah doth see?

15.  Let him beware! If he desist not, We will drag him by the forelock,-

16.  A lying, sinful forelock!

17.  Then, let him call (for help) to his council (of comrades):

18.  We will call on the angels of punishment (to deal with him)!

19.  Nay, heed him not: But bow down in adoration, and bring thyself the closer (to Allah)!

And Allah knows better and indeed the All-Knowing God

The Clear Proof, Evidence

Al Bayyinah consisting of 8 verses, including the group Madaniyyah letters,  Al Bayyinah (tangible evidence) taken from Al Bayyinah words contained in the first paragraph of this letter.  
Principles of contents
Statement from the Book and the polytheists that they will remain in their religious teachings to come prophets who have been promised by God, After the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. come, they split, there are believers and there are not, but the Prophet who came that their properties in accordance with the properties that they know in their books and bring the true teachings are sincere in worship, establish regular prayers, practice regular charity. 
in this letter explains that the teachings of Allah Muhammad, is the true doctrine and the religion he brought is the right religion which includes the principals teachings of previous prophets





Al-Bayyina [The Clear Proof, Evidence]

1.  Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, were not going to depart (from their ways) until there should come to them Clear Evidence,-
2.  An messenger from Allah, rehearsing scriptures kept pure and holy:
3.  Wherein are laws (or decrees) right and straight.
4.  Nor did the People of the Book make schisms, until after there came to them Clear Evidence.
5.  And they have been commanded no more than this: To worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true (in faith); to establish regular prayer; and to practise regular charity; and that is the Religion Right and Straight.
6.  Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures.
7.  Those who have faith and do righteous deeds,- they are the best of creatures.
8.  Their reward is with Allah: Gardens of Eternity, beneath which rivers flow; they will dwell therein for ever; Allah well pleased with them, and they with Him: all this for such as fear their Lord and Cherisher.

The Earthquake



Az-Zalzala [The Earthquake]

1.  When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion,
2.  And the earth throws up her burdens (from within),
3.  And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'-
4.  On that Day will she declare her tidings:
5.  For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration.
6.  On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done).
7.  Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it!
8.  And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it.

The Courser, The Chargers

This letter consists of 11 paragraphs, including of Makkiyyah letters, sent down after the letter Al'Ashr. The name Al 'Aadiyaat taken from the word Al' Aadiyaat contained in the first paragraph of this letter, it means that running faster.

Principles of contents:
Threats Alllah s.w.t. to the people who disbelieve and who loved possessions that they would get a penalty at a time when they are raised from the grave.

Al-Adiyat [The Courser, The Chargers]

1.  By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath),

2.  And strike sparks of fire,

3.  And push home the charge in the morning,

4.  And raise the dust in clouds the while,

5.  And penetrate forthwith into the midst (of the foe) en masse;-

6.  Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful;

7.  And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds);

8.  And violent is he in his love of wealth.

9.  Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad

10.  And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest-

11.  That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day?

The Dooms day, disaster, the day of Judgement

This letter consists of 11 paragraphs, including class Makkiyyah letters, sent down after the letter of the Quraish. The name Al Qaari'ah taken from the word Al Qaari'ah contained in the first paragraph, it means knocking out loud, then this word is used to name the day of Judgement. 
Principles of contents:The events on the Day of Resurrection, the Man strewn, scattered mountain, charitable human deeds are weighed and rewarded.



Al-Qaria [The Calamity, The Stunning Blow, The Disaster]

1.  The (Day) of Noise and Clamour:
2.  What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour?
3.  And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is?
4.  (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about,
5.  And the mountains will be like carded wool.
6.  Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy,
7.  Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction.
8.  But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,-
9.  Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit.
10.  And what will explain to thee what this is?
11.  (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely!

Rivalry in World Increase

Surah At Takaatsur consisting of 8 verses, including the group Makkiyyah letters, sent down after surah Al Kauthar. At Takaatsur taken from the words contained in the first paragraph of this letter.

 
أَلْهَاكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ (١)حَتَّى زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَ (٢)كَلا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ (٣)ثُمَّ كَلا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ (٤)كَلا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ الْيَقِينِ (٥)لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحِيمَ (٦)ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ الْيَقِينِ (٧)ثُمَّ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِيمِ (٨)

At-Takathur [Rivalry in World Increase, Competition]

1.  The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things),

2.  Until ye visit the graves.

3.  But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality).

4.  Again, ye soon shall know!

5.  Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!)

6.  Ye shall certainly see Hell-Fire!

7.  Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight!

8.  Then, shall ye be questioned that Day about the joy (ye indulged in!).

The Gossip monger

Al Humazah consists of 9 paragraph, including classes Makkiyyah letters, sent down after surat Al Qiyaamah. the name of Al Humazah (the crab) taken from the words contained in the first paragrap.
Principles of contents :
The threat of Allah against those who like to criticize other people, like swearing and like to collect treasure but do not use them to practice their religion. In this letter explained that people who like to criticize other people, like slander and like to collect the treasure, will be punished and the property is not useful at all to confront the power of God.



Al-Humaza [The Traducer, The Gossipmonger]

1.  Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter,

2.  Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by,

3.  Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever!

4.  By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces,

5.  And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces?

6.  (It is) the Fire of (the Wrath of) Allah kindled (to a blaze),

7.  The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts:

8.  It shall be made into a vault over them,

9.  In columns outstretched.

The Elephant

 This letter consists of 5 verses, including the group Makkiyyah letters, sent down after surat Al Kaafirun. The name Al verb derived from the word Al Fiil contained in the first paragraph of this letter, which means elephant. Surah Al Fiil suggests story the Elephant troops of Yemeni  led by Abraha who want to demolish the Kaaba in Mecca. This event took place in the Holy Prophet (Muhammad SAW) was born.
Principles of contents:Stories about The Elephant troops who punished by God Allah The Almighty by sending a kind of bird  "ABABIL (the name of the bird)" that attacked them until they are destroyed.
The failure of elephant army who led by Abraha, because of the Kaaba is maintained by God Allah The Almighty




Al-Fil [The Elephant]

1.  Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the Companions of the Elephant?

2.  Did He not make their treacherous plan go astray?

3.  And He sent against them Flights of Birds,

4.  Striking them with stones of baked clay.

5.  Then did He make them like an empty field of stalks and straw, (of which the corn) has been eaten up.

Winter, Quraysh

This letter consists of 4 paragraphs, including the group's Makkiyyah letters. The name is taken from the word Quraish contained in the first paragraph, means the tribe of Quraysh. Quraish tribe is the tribe who had the honor to maintain the Kaaba.
Principles of contents:Warning to the Quraysh about favors given by God to them because of that they are commanded to worship Allah.

 
لإيلافِ قُرَيْشٍ (١)إِيلافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاءِ وَالصَّيْفِ (٢)
فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ (٣
الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُمْ مِنْ جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُمْ مِنْ خَوْفٍ (٤

Quraish [Winter, Quraysh]

1.  For the covenants (of security and safeguard enjoyed) by the Quraish,

2.  Their covenants (covering) journeys by winter and summer,-

3.  Let them adore the Lord of this House,

4.  Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger).

Small Kindnesses, Almsgiving, Have you Seen

This letter consists of 7 verses, including the group of Makkiyyah letters, sent down after the letter At Taakatsur. The name Al Maa'uun taken from the word Al Maa'uun contained in paragraph 7, it means that useful stuff.
Principles of contents:Some human nature which is seen as the deniers of religion. Threats against those who do pray with negligent and riya
(show off). Surah Al Maa'uun explain the properties of a poor man (in the meaning of bad guy) who brought them into misery. 

 
أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّينِ (١)فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ (٢)وَلا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ (٣)فَوَيْلٌ لِلْمُصَلِّينَ (٤)الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ (٥)الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاءُونَ (٦)وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ (٧


Al-Maun [Small Kindnesses, Almsgiving, Have you Seen]

1.  Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)?
2.  Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness),
3.  And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.
4.  So woe to the worshippers
5.  Who are neglectful of their prayers,
6.  Those who (want but) to be seen (of men),
7.  But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs.

Abundance, Plenty (many of blessings)

Al Kautsar consist of 3 verses, including the group's of Makkiyyah letters. it' names  taken from Al Kautsar words contained in the first paragraph of this letter. This letter as an entertainer liver Prophet

Principles of contents:
God has bestow blessings that much because it is worship and sacrifice; the Holy Prophet will have a lot of followers until the Day of Resurrection and will have a good name in the world. 
This Verses is to suggest that people who always worship Allah SWT and sacrifice as a sign of gratitude for the blessings He has bestowed.


 
إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ (١)فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ (٢)إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الأبْتَرُ (٣)

Al-KauTher [Abundance, Plenty]

1.  To thee have We granted the Fount (of Abundance).

2.  Therefore to thy Lord turn in Prayer and Sacrifice.

3.  For he who hateth thee, he will be cut off (from Future Hope).

The Disbelievers, Atheists

Al Kaafiruun consists of 6 paragraphs, including class Makkiyyah letters, sent down after surat Al Maa'uun. Named Al Kaafiruun (unbelievers), taken from Al Kaafiruun words contained in the first paragraph of this letter.Principles of contents:The statement of God that is worshiped the Holy Prophet and his followers are not what is worshiped by pagans, and the Holy Prophet will not worship what you worshiped by pagans.
Al Kaafiruun hinted about ending all hopes of those who disbelieve in their efforts for the Holy Prophet leave da'wahnya. Surah Al Kaafiruun testified that the Messenger of Allah will not follow the religion of the infidels



قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ (١)لا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ (٢)وَلا أَنْتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ (٣)وَلا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَا عَبَدْتُمْ (٤)وَلا أَنْتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ (٥)لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ (٦)


Al-Kafiroon [The Disbelievers, Atheists]

1.  Say : O ye that reject Faith!

2.  I worship not that which ye worship,

3.  Nor will ye worship that which I worship.

4.  And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship,

5.  Nor will ye worship that which I worship.

6.  To you be your Way, and to me mine.

Succour, Divine Support

إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ (١)وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا (٢)فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا (٣)


An-Nasr [Succour, Divine Support]

1.  When comes the Help of Allah, and Victory,
2.  And thou dost see the people enter Allah's Religion in crowds,
3.  Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft-Returning (in Grace and Mercy).

Sincerity



Al-Ikhlas [Sincerity]

1.  Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
2.  Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
3.  He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
4.  And there is none like unto Him.

The Daybreak, Dawn





Al-Falaq [The Daybreak, Dawn]

1.  Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn

2.  From the mischief of created things;

3.  From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;

4.  From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;

5.  And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.
