Islamic Sharia

Islamic Sharia is Islamic law and the rules that govern all life aspects of humanity, whether Muslim or non Muslim. In addition to containing the laws and rules, Islamic Law also contains a problem solving throughout life. So by some adherents of Islam, Islamic Law is a comprehensive guide and complete all problems of human life and the life of this world.

Related to the orderly arrangement of Shari'ah, God Said in Quran Surah Al Ahzab verse 36 :



وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالا مُبِينًا (٣


"And it is not inappropriate for a believing man and not (also) for a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have set up a provision, there will be for those options (the others) about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger His And indeed He has been misguided, misguided real."


The above verse teaches that if Allah and His Apostle have decided a case, then Muslims are not allowed to take other provisions. Therefore, it is implicitly understood that if there is a case that Allah and His Messenger has not set its requirements then Muslims can decide that its provisions. Understanding the meaning is supported by the verse in Surat Al Maidah :101 which states that things are not explained its provisions already forgiven by God.



يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَسْأَلُوا عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ إِنْ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ تَسُؤْكُمْ وَإِنْ تَسْأَلُوا عَنْهَا حِينَ يُنَزَّلُ الْقُرْآنُ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْهَا وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ (١٠١"


"O ye who believe, do not you ask (to your Prophet) matters which, if described to you will trouble you, and if you ask at the time the Quran was revealed, will undoubtedly be explained to you, God forgive (you) about things it. Allah is Forgiving, Clement."


Principle of Personality

That is the case that already exist and clear provisions in the Qur'an or Al Hadith. Position as the principal Islamic Shari'ah which the Holy Quran is the First Principle of Personality 'and Al Hadith that the Second Principle of Personality'. Nature, essentially tying the Muslims all over the world wherever located, since the Prophet Muhammad's ministry until the end of time, except in emergencies.
Emergencies in terms of Islamic religion is defined as a state that allows Muslims do not obey Islamic law, is a state of forced or in circumstances that endanger the physical and spiritual self, and the circumstances are unexpected or unwanted before, as well as in take advantage of these circumstances are not excessive. If the emergency was over then immediately returned to the applicable provisions of Shari'ah


Furu 'Personality

Quran


Al-Qur'an as the Muslim holy book is the word of Allah revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAW to be conveyed to all mankind until the end of time (Saba 'Sura 34:28). As a source of Islamic teachings are also called the first source or the First Principle of Personality '. Al-Quran a holy book down the last of a series of other holy book has ever revealed to the world in an effort to understand the content of Al Quran from time to time have developed interpretations of the contents of the Qur'an but there is no conflicting.


Hadith


are the words and deeds of Prophet Muhammad. Hadith as a source of law in Islam has the second position at a level below the legal sources of the Qur'an. The structure of the hadith is composed of two main components namely sanad / isnads (chain of narrator) and Matan Sanad is the chain of speakers / narrators (narrators) hadith. Sanad is comprised of all speakers ranging from those who record the hadith in his book (book of hadith) until it reaches the Prophet. Sanad, gives authenticity of a history. A word can have several chains with a number of speakers / narrators vary in isnaad layer, layer in a chain called thaqabah. The significance of the number of chains and speakers in each thaqabah chains will determine the degree of the Hadith, this is explained further in the classification of hadith.


So that should be observed in understanding the Al Hadeeth is associated with isnaad:


* Wholeness isnaad
* The numbers
* Narrators ultimately

Actually, the use of chains already known since before the arrival of this Islam.Hal applied in the cited books and other sciences. However, the majority of chains used in the application citing the hadiths Nabawi.


Ijtihad is an effort to establish Islamic law based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Ijtihad is done after the Prophet Muhammad had been dead so could not directly ask him about the law but these things can not worship diijtihadkan. Some kind of ijtihad among other

* Ijma ', the consensus of the scholars
* Qiyas, likened to a similar thing and it is clear law
* Maslahah mursalah, to benefit the people
* 'Urf, custom
