The Dawn, Daybreak

In these verses Allah swears by dawn, the dawn of time after the emergence of light which ended the night and the beggining of afternoon (when the sun was rises), when there are some circumstances, such as humans, animals, and the birds get ready to find the sustenance that God gave them will . The night that ten is the last ten nights of Ramadan and some say the first ten of Muharram Ashura including, some say that it is ten ten night the first night in the month Dhul-Hijjah. 

That God favors bestowed on him His servant occur with a change of day and night through the even and odd as well as seasonal changes, that with these changes there is an infinite benefit. oath a true and acceptable by the people who understand on it. 

God revealed in the form of a question that if they do not know about the destruction and misery of the `Ad, namely population Iram, the capital city of the` Ad, which has tall buildings, which have never been there in a another city at that time and the Samud which cut large stones in the valley where they lived to build palaces and majestic buildings, and some are punching holes in the mountains for shelter and shelter. 

God explains that He does not glorify someone by giving him abundant wealth nor insulting someone by making them poorer, because a person is to glorify God by obeying Him and humiliate a person is, because of sin in itself. He gives someone a lot of property is to test, whether he be grateful or otherwise he favors infidel. He gave one of poverty is to test whether he remained patient trial or be rebellious because God upon him that. In this verse Allah turned their bad deeds railed.
Poor insult their actions by explaining that in fact they did not glorify orphans because they do not give rights of orphans, and do not do good to them.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

وَالْفَجْرِ (١)وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ (٢)وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ (٣)وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ (٤)هَلْ فِي ذَلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ (٥)أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ (٦)إِرَمَ ذَاتِ الْعِمَادِ (٧)الَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي الْبِلادِ (٨)وَثَمُودَ الَّذِينَ جَابُوا الصَّخْرَ بِالْوَادِ (٩)وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِي الأوْتَادِ (١٠)الَّذِينَ طَغَوْا فِي الْبِلادِ (١١)فَأَكْثَرُوا فِيهَا الْفَسَادَ (١٢)فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ (١٣)إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ (١٤)فَأَمَّا الإنْسَانُ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلاهُ رَبُّهُ فَأَكْرَمَهُ وَنَعَّمَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي أَكْرَمَنِ (١٥)وَأَمَّا إِذَا مَا ابْتَلاهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي أَهَانَنِ (١٦)كَلا بَل لا تُكْرِمُونَ الْيَتِيمَ (١٧)وَلا تَحَاضُّونَ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ (١٨)وَتَأْكُلُونَ التُّرَاثَ أَكْلا لَمًّا (١٩)وَتُحِبُّونَ الْمَالَ حُبًّا جَمًّا (٢٠)كَلا إِذَا دُكَّتِ الأرْضُ دَكًّا دَكًّا (٢١)وَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ وَالْمَلَكُ صَفًّا صَفًّا (٢٢)وَجِيءَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الإنْسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى (٢٣)يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِي (٢٤)فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ (٢٥)وَلا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ (٢٦)يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ (٢٧)ارْجِعِي إِلَى رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً (٢٨)فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي (٢٩)وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي (٣٠)
 Al-Fajr 

1.  By the break of Day

2.  By the Nights twice five;

3.  By the even and odd (contrasted);

4.  And by the Night when it passeth away;-

5.  Is there (not) in these an adjuration (or evidence) for those who understand?

6.  Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the 'Ad (people),-

7.  Of the (city of) Iram, with lofty pillars,

8.  The like of which were not produced in (all) the land?

9.  And with the Thamud (people), who cut out (huge) rocks in the valley?-

10.  And with Pharaoh, lord of stakes?

11.  (All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands,

12.  And heaped therein mischief (on mischief).

13.  Therefore did thy Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements:

14.  For thy Lord is (as a Guardian) on a watch-tower.

15.  Now, as for man, when his Lord trieth him, giving him honour and gifts, then saith he, (puffed up), "My Lord hath honoured me."

16.  But when He trieth him, restricting his subsistence for him, then saith he (in despair), "My Lord hath humiliated me!"

17.  Nay, nay! but ye honour not the orphans!

18.  Nor do ye encourage one another to feed the poor!-

19.  And ye devour inheritance - all with greed,

20.  And ye love wealth with inordinate love!

21.  Nay! When the earth is pounded to powder,

22.  And thy Lord cometh, and His angels, rank upon rank,

23.  And Hell, that Day, is brought (face to face),- on that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance profit him?

24.  He will say: "Ah! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my (Future) Life!"

25.  For, that Day, His Chastisement will be such as none (else) can inflict,

26.  And His bonds will be such as none (other) can bind.

27.  (To the righteous soul will be said:) "O (thou) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction!

28.  "Come back thou to thy Lord,- well pleased (thyself), and well-pleasing unto Him!

29.  "Enter thou, then, among My devotees!

30.  "Yea, enter thou My Heaven!
